For each course not refundable application fee is 300 Euro (valid for max. two intakes).

After receiving an Offer Letter students are obliged to pay a non-refundable application fee and a fully refundable tuition fee for the first year of studies. Refunds are made on dates given in Offer Letters upon application and Refusal Letter from the Polish Embassy.
From the academic year 2025/26 all the candidates are obliged to participate in a two-stage recruitment process for both summer and winter recruitment (the continuation of the process applies to those who do not obtain a visa in the first stage). The university will issue new documents to apply for a visa. Completing the recruitment process earlier (after the first stage), will only be possible for candidates who use the educational materials, be in regular touch with the university keeping it informed of their visa progress.
