The opening ceremony was attended by guests from Kazakhstan: Consul of Kazakhstan in Poland, Mr. Azamat Balabekov, Rector of the State University of Aktobe, prof. Baurzhan Erdembekov, prof. Gulzhan Shokym from the University of Aktobe, representative of the city authorities of Kapchagaj Natalia Nossova.

On the Polish side, the opening was attended, among others, by the Mayor of the City of Bydgoszcz, Rafał Bruski, representatives of the authorities of the WSG University: prof. Wiesław Olszewski - Rector of WSG, doc. Krzysztof Sikora - President of WSG, Filip Sikora - Chancellor of the WSG, Mayor of the City of Szubin Artur Michalak, and the president of the company "Komes" Jan Skuza.

The opening of the Center is the result of intensive and consistently implemented international cooperation with various countries of the West and the East, of which Kazakhstan occupies a special place.

The ceremony was graced by a performance by artists from Kazakhstan.
